    OEMs don’t make their oil own guys. As long as you choose an oil that meets spec (from a major oil manufacturer) it’s really hard to screw up an engine due to the “wrong oil”. I avoid the bargain basement brands at Mills Fleet Farm - but if they meet spec they’d probably be fine too.
