    I have always shot 2-3/4" 6 shot. Only use steel when hunting WMA's and that is usually 4 shot. I never have given thought to using 3" for roosters. Sometimes there is nothing left of the breasts with 2-3/4" 6 shot.

    When I get my flip over off the rack for the season, I can take pics then. I put some extra wide runners on the bottom and carpeted the inside of the sled. Only problem with the carpet is when it gets wet I have to put a fan on it to dry out. Not an issue for me, but could be for somebody...

    I always let my chili sit in the fridge overnight after I cook it. The flavors seem to meld together better. Its always better the next day. I also smoke my chili. Dont tell anybody though. Thats my secret. :cool:

    Hardly seems worth it. $.16 per tail for 100? You couldn't even ship the tails to them for that?!?! Maybe if they were going to make me a custom lure with the tail I shipped them, then MAYBE it might be worth it. Could you imagine trying to clean over 100 squirrels? :;:huh

    Ice Fishing the Red River

    I have fished on the Red Lake River just outside of EGF. We didn't catch anything. Although we were just looking for a place to go for a few hours to get away and weather was crappy.
