    There's no way that fence is 33' from the centerline of that highway. A typical lane is 12 feet wide, that fence appears to be closer to the road than the width of the lane. Should be able to measure it on google maps.

    DL has had white suckers since the beginning of time. Most lakes in ND have white suckers in them. This won't effect the amounts at all.

    I would say no they don't school per size but the smaller ones are typically more aggressive and beat the bigger ones to the bait more often IMO
