I wrote him giving him my opinion that from a "boots on the ground" view, there are more guides than I have ever seen operating out of Devils Lake. I have ice fished this lake for nearly 20 years and the changes seen in the "guiding" area are wild over the past 5-6 years. Mr Caspers reply to me was that I was the first person that he had heard from that is questioning the number of guides/outfitters. I was astonished at that response, LOTS of chatter locally about what is being done and how fishing regs are being handled on this lake.</p></blockquote><p></p>
