Our drop-in pilot was to check on us by noon with a fly-over or landing.</p><p> NO PLANE! If fact, no plane for 3 more days. We had no idea what was happening & thought we might have been left for good..no food left & very little water.</p><p>Finally, day 4 he shows up to tell us this far-fetched story of a  planes into the Towers story, etc, and tells us no private planes were allowed to fly US airspace cuz of the attack! WOW!!</p><p>We were very glad to see him, & get flown back to base camp, shower, & fed a good meal! Quite the experience!!</p></blockquote><p></p>
