This shows there's a hell of a floor in there somewhere and their plan to kill shale oil is going to fail epically! He'll we should thank them because this at least gave a bitch slap in the face to the North Dakota legislator's that they can't just spend and spend like they were! It will be fun to watch some of the smaller opec nations implode as they run out of money especially this close to the Arab spring.</p></blockquote><p></p>
