That's a lot tougher to do on public land during rifle season. Where i hunt most of the deer are sitting in deep cattails where there is no way to see them until you step on them. Pushing deer like your walking for pheasants is common on ND public land. I've shot 3 of my last 4 bucks running, i wish i didn't have to, but it is what it is.</p></blockquote><p></p>
