If that happens, the Ds will have to jump on board or go down swinging.&nbsp; I know that is quite a dream but I am hoping to see a functioning government some day again.&nbsp; Having all Ds and all Rs voting the same is just stupid.&nbsp; It needs to change.</blockquote>
