I don't hunt out of state so I guess I don't know what other states do when nonresidents apply, if anything. The only reason I posted this thread is because I ran into a couple different groups of guys who said the same thing on opening weekend, figured I would see what the opinion is. Soi it's not about making it a pissing match. unless you want to interject worthless pot stirring comments, then I am all in for some good laughs.</p></blockquote><p></p>
