Message: <blockquote data-quote="Eatsleeptrap" data-source="post: 482247" data-attributes="member: 7577"><p>They all make good shelters.  Are you fishing by yourself or with someone, and what are you driving it to the lake in?  My crew cab Nissan pickup will barely haul a shoebox, but the Otter Cottage fits and the tonneau cover closes over it so I went with that.  All the equipment, auger, Vexilar minnow bucket  etc goes in the back seat.  If anyone is coming with, I have a Clam X400 hub.  All the manufacturer websites have set up and packed up sizes on the individual shelter page.  Like building a garage, the bigger the better.  We can fish 4 lines here in the winter so it is nice to take advantage and have a few holes to jig, slip bobber, dead stick, rattle reel or whatever to increase the odds a little.</p></blockquote><p></p>
