If it was a normal year we would be fine but it's a drought and last months inflow was extremely low so their hands are tied. I'm all for piling on the corp when they do stupid shit but this one i can't fault. Maybe when ND was rolling in the money we should have bought out the barge industry down south and take that part of the equation out of the issue.</p></blockquote><p></p>
