For weeks now this dog has been barking non stop. Whether it be a vehicle drives by in the alley, or some customer happens by, or the wind blows a flake of snow off the tree. The effn thing will not stop barking. </p><p>My dog was a barker when a young pup, I picked up a bark collar and within a few days he learned barking was not going to be okay.</p><p>Do I dare take that same old collar and put it on this persons dog when out by the dumpster we share? Would this be illegal, or crossing the line a bit more than acceptable?</p><p></p><p>Cause I like dogs and all, but this barking has to stop one way or another.</p></blockquote><p></p>
