It was definitely a nice looking building from the exterior but making something look nice does not necessarily make it expensive. You can build a very nice home without making it expensive. In most cases a home gets expensive based on size and the interior. Examples: Granite countertops as opposed to formica, or $10/yd carpet vs. $25/yd. </p><p></p><p>As for local government at it's finest. That type of comment is so tiresome to me when i see so many communities where no one ever wants to run for local government. In most communities, at least every other year (some may have an election every year) there is an election. You don't like the way your government is run, file and do a better job.</p></blockquote><p></p>
