Message: <blockquote data-quote="Enslow" data-source="post: 328098" data-attributes="member: 948"><p>I have two types of collars one without tone and shock and collars with tone and shock.  If I’m running competitive then you have to use the collar with just gps.  For hunting I use the tone and shock.  The tone works really good and I only shock if something serious like a porcupine.  There are so many options with these collars and GPS systems now that I’m sure you can find what you are looking for.  Personally I wouldn’t want any automatic tones to ever be used because the timing of the tone could potentially confuse a dog if they are on a track.  In my world, I use the collars to show me location of the dog and barks when it’s windy or when they are to far to hear.</p></blockquote><p></p>
