Message: <blockquote data-quote="zoops" data-source="post: 225745" data-attributes="member: 790"><p>Reality is, if Sano and Buxton would have performed like they did last year and if Ervin Santana would have been healthy, the Twins would easily be in contention and this wouldn't have all happened.  The guys they traded are all average big leaguers with the exception of Dozier and maybe Escobar.  I hate to see him leave but Dozier is 31 and isn't having a very good year, so it's unlikely he'll be a big loss to the team going forward.  It is frustrating to always start over with prospects who most likely won't pan out but that's pretty much what every team has to do in MLB other than NY, LA, and BOS.  </p><p></p><p>If Rosario, Buxton, Sano, Polanco, Berrios develop like they should this team will be fine.  But that's a big question mark at this point.</p></blockquote><p></p>
