It is inevitable that when we go into freeze up that next spring with the saturated ground, there is going to be a tremendous amount of overland flooding.</p><p>My question is, should sandbags be produced now to be used anywhere along the Red, so there isn't such a scrabble come spring time ?</p></blockquote><p></p>
