I believe other states treat them as a big game animal which they should be. 3) they need to start thinking of or at least get ahead on potentially planning for a limited season( no gratis as bears cover a massive area to roam) and imo are semi migratory. Im not a bear expert but I’m starting to think we may get a lot of Minnesotas summer bears as their population grows and they return to den in mn. At least for now until they start denning here. I have some solid reasoning as to this being a strong possibility. If this is the case then we don’t have “transient” bears but are actually part of a summer range at this time.</p></blockquote><p></p>
