Message: <blockquote data-quote="Up Y'oars" data-source="post: 269244" data-attributes="member: 764"><p>I had the 3.5L ecoboost and it pulled my boat like a dream.  Never had to downshift going up hills because the low-end turbo would help keep the speed and fade out at the top of the crest.   However, the gas mileage sucked no matter what.  Without the boat I was only getting 14.7mpg and down to 12.1mpg with the boat in tow.</p><p></p><p>However, that was a 2012 F-150 Ecoboost and only had 5-speed transmission.  Now, with the 10-speed transmission that may no longer be an issue.</p><p></p><p>I solved that by buying a 2019 GMC 2500 Denali and 6.6L Duramax.   I bet I won't have to worry about 12mpg any longer!  lol   </p><p></p><p>:;:muahaha</p></blockquote><p></p>
