The ice in Bismarck is fairly young and is rotting fast. If next week is warm she will likely bust open....hell I wouldn't rule out this weekend pushing the ice past its breaking point. The thing with the river is it has only two modes. She is either making ice or loosing ice and right now she's getting smoked from above and below.
