According to the article above that is about 64 million barrels a year. </p><p></p><p>Royal Dutch Shell and Sunoco Oil are major players in west Africa. They can fund a new liberal and/or conservative start-up controlled opposition non-profit org everyday. Playing both sides against the middle.</p></blockquote><p></p>
