There were over 30 groups out on the bay and i had to wait for my buddy so watched from the road for a half hour and only saw two of the approximately 100 people catch fish a small perch and a crappie. I'm sure others did catch but thats what I saw. Has anyone checked fort rices ramp? The river channel is now open to just below the school at cannonball.  I could see it's open at Fort rice but it was to far to see if there was any ice on the bottom of the ramp.</p></blockquote><p></p>
