Message: <blockquote data-quote="Obi-Wan" data-source="post: 188617" data-attributes="member: 709"><p>If we learned anything from the dapl protest is that trespassing charges are nearly impossible to be convicted on and the state has to prove you knew it was posted.  Even when the protestors were told they were on private land and would be arrested if they did not leave once they went to court the charges were dropped because the state couldn't provide evidence needed for a conviction.</p></blockquote><p></p>
