Message: <blockquote data-quote="gst" data-source="post: 188637" data-attributes="member: 373"><p>I know it is a bit off topic to this specific discussion and I posted it in another thread, but there is a case in Stark County about animal cruelty that may influence another run at the all land is considered posted law. </p><p></p><p>The judge in that case ruled that because the out buildings and corrals of the ranch (a business) were 60 feet away from the house, law enforcement did not need a search warrant ot enter them. A factor also seemed ot be the property was not posted. </p><p></p><p>I  contacted my legislators opposing the trespass law last time, but if this is the precendence set from this case I would support it this go around. </p><p></p><p>I thought prior to searching someones business law enforcement needed a warrant? If they can enter ag production business facilities without a warrant if land is not posted that is going to get a lot of people thinking.</p></blockquote><p></p>
