I've been fortunate and never had to file a claim, but that insurance money should definitely go to the home owner and not the bank. I don't ever recall getting permission from my bank to do anything to "my" house nor have they ever been by to inspect the property to check on "their" interests. There are so many things wrong with that bank policy. I feel for ya Trip!</p></blockquote><p></p>
