I'm not sure the exact reason why some people claim Standing Rock doesn't have street addresses or if the argument is no one uses them so they are usless to have them on their IDs. That being said hundreds and maybe even over a thousand residents in oil country do not use street addresses either, they go to the circus that is the PO to get their mail.
