I was pulling into my driveway and ran him over with both front and back tires on passenger side. He got up and ran home. I went over and told them what happened.  With over a 2000.00 vet bill and they came over and demanded I pay the bill. I didn't and won't pay it. The dog is healed up and chases me or my wife vehicle everytime we drive out of are driveway.  He hasn't learned a lesson and owner refuse to tie him up.</p><p></p><p>Don't be a pet owner like my neighbors.</p></blockquote><p></p>
