I also have a Traeger pellet grill, this thing holds temp like a champ, will get up to 500* if you want to finish anything off, will smoke, cook, grill, bake, and works in wind, rain, cold, etc. But I wouldn't use it on jerky so much as it has limited room for lots of smoking area like the Bradley does.</p><p></p><p>For what these things cost I would do some research.</p></blockquote><p></p>
