Its a 209 primer that fits into a little plastic disk to make it go bang and everything else that you need from powder pellets to bullets that it likes. You sure enough can use it if you want. Its been taking up room in the gun cabinet for 13 years now. I am sure it would like to kill something by now. I have taken 4 doe and 1 buck with it.
