There were logging trucks on many roads in the Selway in Idaho, and in Montana the Bitterroot, the Tobacco Root, the Madison range, and all around Kalispell. So does anyone think they will be giving back federal money? Ya right.</p><p></p><p>Edit: It would perhaps be honest and fair to reimburse counties at 10% for unforeseen services needed, and that's actually generous.</p><p></p><p>Edit: We often hear the question "how much is enough".
