Then the 9th district court overturned the lower courts ruling in his case. Are you familiar with the 9th allen? The court that overturned Trump immigration policy ? Are you familiar with their record of being over turned? Take a look at the percentages of cases the courts rule on the SCOTUS over turns when viewed under a Constitutional lens. Then realize the SCOTUS only hears less than 2% of all cases that are appealed that high. 100 to 150 a year.
