Tooled around the east end getting the first few hours on the big motor. The females we caught still had their eggs, water temps 45-48. Went back Sunday, bit slower after the weather Saturday - water temps actually cooler. New boat ran great, never had a Yamaha, always had Mercs. 200HP lots of motor on the tin boat, 5500 rpm had me at 50mph, haven't gone to WOT yet...she might tickle 55mph after break-in service.
