Caught them on purple/white, chartreuse/white, plain red death hooks. Used chartreuse spinners with chartreuse beads. Used color hooks (orange, red and white) with colors bead (red, blue chartreuse and orange) on them, also glow in dark green & red rubber beads. Caught some using Flicker Shads & Minnows in 18' to 24' of water using the 25' method with a 2 ounce snap weight. Fish are very scatter but we caught fish at ever spot we stopped at. There was 10 of us and we did manage to get our 2 day limit of 16" - 19" eaters to take home. All together we probable boated 200 to 250 fish. There are a great plenty of the 10" to 14" that we caught and released along a couple of dozen or so 21" -24" eyes. Also caught a couple white bass, smallies, northerns, and a 6-8 lb cat. Started on the water at 6:30 or so and were off at the latest was 1:00 pm. Once the wind stop it got really tough to catch anything. Seen a lot of boats going south and a lot went to Shell. There wasn't near the amount of fisherman up there as usually. Will be going up again in a week or so.
