[QUOTE="Davy Crockett, post: 279762, member: 367"] Good stuff, Moderation is key. I tried not to drink too much because I never wanted to have to quit drinking. There is nothing wrong with booze when used in moderation and if it within your budget, It bugs me to watch someone with a wife and kids drop 50 or 100 bucks at the bar if they can't afford it. Booze was a hell of a pain killer for a few years , I was about a week into it when the old back got so bad that I needed pain pills that I knew I needed to quit one or the other. I got off the pain meds. Had I went the other route I am almost positive I couldn't have quit drinking because the booze and opies combined took over my mind. I am mostly pain free and get a good nights sleep after I started taking CBD. Booze is a good tool (or excuse) for me to get a good nights sleep if I feel like I need one, One or two belts right before bed works like a charm for me and I wake up feeling refreshed. I went on a health kick, Phase 1 was I quit beer and went with water based mixed low carb drink. Phase 2 was a bottle propel when I feel like I want that evening drink. 6 bucks a 12 pack and a good replacement for booze.
