These licenses are only <a href="https://gf.nd.gov/buy-apply" target="_blank"><span style="color: #F63E02">available online</span></a>, and to individuals who have not already received a lottery or landowner license.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="color: #00071A">These licenses are valid only during the regular deer gun season, Nov. 10-26.
