All the sanding by hand, staining, all the hardware, and install. It is a honest job when you are building $500,000+ custom homes. Every piece of base, crown molding, corner blocks, window/door casing and solid wood doors were sanded by hand. 2 sealer coats and 2 finish coats, which you guessed it hand sanded with 120 grit.</p></blockquote><p></p>
