I bought something once sent payment to the wrong e-mail address which were identical except one had an underscore instead of a dash in the address and the money was gone, called paypal and they said both e-mails addresses were ligit and since I paid direct from my acct the person who received the payment kept it and did not return my messages and is treated like cash and is gone for good and can not be disputed like a cc transaction can be, I didn't notice the link to by bank instead of cc and although it was a small amount, was a learning curve and lucky for me it was a small amount of money.</p></blockquote><p></p>
