To me the half-tons pull just fine, but their suspensions and aren't made for pulling these big loads so i would either look into airbags, timbrens or add a leafs. Also make sure you install a brake controller if yours doesn't have one, or you will more thank likely cause an accident or be putting new brakes on every year, or do what i did after 3 years of towing with a half ton and go buy a 3/4 ton diesel.</blockquote>
