Message: <blockquote data-quote="dschaible" data-source="post: 172998" data-attributes="member: 4870"><p>fished Douglas Bay last Saturday/Sunday afternoon/evening  Caught 2 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday pitching plastics into shallows.  never caught 2 walleye in the same spot and none were really shallow, most were in the 9 ft range.  Very slow.</p><p></p><p>Fished Steinkie Bay Monday evening and all i caught was Northern. </p><p></p><p>I was running and gunning, tried 15+ spots each trip.  There were only a couple other boats out sat/sun.  I also hear it might be more of a morning bite then an evening bite.  Definitely not hot and heavy yet.</p></blockquote><p></p>
