With this change to the Century Code, you will have the freedom to choose what is best for you. The House Energy and Natural Resources committee amended Senate Bill 2308 to include "The department may not issue a fishhouse registration number, unless the division of state radio has integrated game and fish department license information into the national law enforcement telecommunications system." The amended version passed the committee 14 - 0.The amended Senate Bill 2308 was heard Thursday afternoon and passed on the House floor 90 - 2. Senate Bill 2308 as amended will go back to the Senate to approve the amended version. If there is no conflict - and I suspect none - the bill will go the Governor for signature. When signed, the change to the Century Code will be in effect on August 1, 2017.
