Hope Im wrong and you are right about deterrence , but like so many murders, this sort of crap is emotional spur of the&nbsp; moment crimes, usually turbocharged with Alcohol or OTHER drugs. (Note the word “other!” LOL.)&nbsp; . I’m for locking them away indefinitely to protect the public, but preventing this stuff should be seriously looked at, though talk&nbsp; of prevention NEVER buys votes.</blockquote>
