Is it really some how my fault as a white male living in ND that those people burned and looted Ferguson? Or does the fault and responsibility lie a little closer to home. Who is standing up (or taking a knee) saying that on a national platform on Sunday afternoon? (kapernicks "pigs" socks are a great "principled" statement in that regard right? you were aware of Colins sock choice right?  Indeed racism was alive and well in Ferguson. It stood behind bullhorns and in front of cameras shouting "burn this bitch down" and sold T-Shirts with the "hands up,don;t shoot lie on them. It has the title "reverend" in front of it today. As long as there exists those realities, as long as people think racism can only be one color, racism will remain as alive and well as when the Klan marched the streets years ago. So once again who out of those taking a knee or raising a clenched fist is talking about THAT? If people like Kapernick are going to wear pig socks and claim they are to hilight police brutality and "rogue" cops........then he should also be honest enough to stand up and protest the actions of those people who burned a city and looted and destroyed businesses in their own community over a false narrative portrayed of a cop just doing his job.The "hands up, don't shoot" narrative in the M Brown case was a lie. It was driven, perpetuated, USED becasue of the color of the cops skin. Is that racism? When kapernick and others do not address this core principal in what is happening across this nation, their "protest" loses all credibility in my eyes and is not much different that the "rants" of a klan member.</blockquote>
