They work ok, I was hoping for more volume of hot water when filling up containers for cleaning purposes. Like all other water heaters the lower the volume/water flow greater the temp of the water. The temperature of the ambient water temperature in the 500 gallon tank effects the heaters ability to produce water that is hotter. Another thing is the tankless water heater that is mounted inside a cabinet does produce a lot of expelled heat which for me is not much of an issue since hot water is just a luxury that is used occasionally. The fact that it runs off of propane is its biggest benefit when electricity is limited already.</p></blockquote><p></p>
