Do agree the the power rotating device is well worth the money and you can't beat a camera for keeping kids interested.  Way more fun for them to see the fish opposed to a blip on the vex screen. Water clarity is vitally important. Have been on water where you could see 10-15 feet and water where you couldn't see 2 feet. Not much use if the water is not clear.</p><p></p><p>For fishing they are a benefit as you can see what the fish are doing. Biting light sometimes where you don't even feel the bite but see the bait disappear in the fishes mouth. </p><p></p><p>Kids in the fishhouse will love the camera and the adults will become addicted as well. Keep the batteries warm and charged.</p></blockquote><p></p>
