By the looks of it they were screwed into the wood on the top rail and it appeared to have a fair bit of rot to boot.&nbsp; Needless to say he was pissed at my buddy but the other boats took our side. according to what they said it was clear we were well into fiting the doubled and drifting in when he tried to pass on the inside from our blind spot. The shifty part of that day is when went over to check out the weight in it turns out we would have won the turny had we been in it. Either way it was a memorable day.</p></blockquote><p></p>
