Highpressure settles in again on Friday which continues the cool andquiet weather. The next chance for snow comes on Sunday as an upperlevel <a href="https://forecast.weather.gov/glossary.php?word=trough" target="_blank">trough</a> moves into the Northern Plains. This systems couldproduce a significant amount of snow but the track of the surfacelow is still uncertain. The track of this surface low will have amajor impact on precipitation type and amount.</blockquote>
