NO food no fish. Yea the system takes a lot of pressure this time of the year and a lot of fish get taking out. There are a lot of fish that spawn in the river and if every egg would hatch you wouldn't have bait fish to support them. I,ve always believed in C and R. I have yet to keep a fish over 20" this boat season. My personal decision. I hate people that keep every fish they catch and put in the freezer then throw half of them away because there old and freezer burned. I always have fish on hand never every throw any away because of this.  I fish every weekend and also during the week I let a lot of fish go. I have nothing to prove to anybody.  when it comes to a slot limit I like to compare Tobin lake and river back in the mid 90s caught a fair number of big fish and not so much to eat because of the slot. We need to support all stocking programs for North and South Dakota because they are the ones that keep the system going.   The Corps. is the one that could give a S**t about the fishery because they are the ones who control the flooding most of the time.</p></blockquote><p></p>
