I dont even drink coffee so any kind of stimulants I feel it right away and that therapy light was very intense for the first week. If you feel more irritated during the winter months give it a try. Next year after I pay off my debt I will be looking at spending some time down in Arizona where SAD isn't as bad as it it's up here in the northern states. </p><p>Just thought I would share</p></blockquote><p></p>
