    i have ms and am on a keto diet the change is unreal. check out the wahls protocol. my last mri was in 2016, and being on that diet for 1 year 1 for the scars was totally healed

    this would be good!! i have ms things are good with that, check out the book wahls protocol its a diet that is helping many with any auto immune, like diabetes,crohns and all the others.
