Milder winter this year should help. Everything in the SW corner of WY got decimated last winter.
Mountain lions and CWD have already taken their toll unfortunately. Not sure how the populations recover from those threatsKeep in mind that is the loss that occurred to the herd in the Wyoming Range. Statewide losses were high, but not 2/3rd statewide. If you traveled across WY last winter you know how bad it was. How anything survived is incredible in some places. But mule deer keep losing ground all across the state.
