    New Flooring in Boat

The floor in my boat is getting soft and needs to be redone. I planned to do it myself over the winter, but life has gotten in the way and it's looking like I won't have time to get to it anymore this winter. Does anyone have a recommendation on someone within a couple hours of Bismarck or...

    another Garmin ???

I'm pretty sure they are $599 during Black Friday and a few other sales during the year.

Are Perch Eyes Legal Bait in ND

Had a discussion with a guy about using perch eyes and he was pretty sure they are not legal in ND. We used to do it all the time when I was younger, but haven't used them in years so was just wondering if anyone knew for sure if it was legal.

    Venison Jerky

I've used quite a bit of Owens seasonings the last few years and can't say that I've ever had anything I absolutely didn't like. For jerky I really like their Chipolte lime. I've made the Maple Jalapeno flavor a couple times and while it's really good, I made a batch of Cabela's blend last...

    Log in issues?

I use chrome. My bookmark takes me to the forums home page and it shows that I am not logged in. As soon as I click on any link going to a forum page or thread it loads the page and shows me as logged in. Not a huge PITA, but it's been that way for over a month on my computer.

    Muck Boots equivalent

Lacrosse boots. I put a ton of miles on mine during calving season and they are really comfortable, easy to slip in and out of, and have held up really well for me.

    Rangefinder Binoculars

I bought a pair of Vortex last fall and I really like them. I have other Vortex glass, so I guess you could say I'm a fan, but the clarity is pretty decent and the ability to range from the binoculars is really convenient. I was playing around with my binoculars shortly after I bought them...

    Garmin livescope ice bundle

There is not much to the battery docks...just a printed frame to give you something to lock the battery in to with some wires and spade connectors molded in to it. I was a lot more concerned about the strength and longevity of the shuttle from Summit and some of the accessories they put out...

    Garmin livescope ice bundle

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Z7GNQ6R/?tag=nodakangler10-20 I bought two of these and mounted them in the battery compartment of the shuttle. I connected them to the main harness with weatherpack connectors allowing me to easily disconnect the Milwaukee docks if wanted. Days that I'm...

    Garmin livescope ice bundle

I built mine before the "livescope bundle" was available by buying the individual components and piecing it all together. I bought the shuttle from this site below, housed it all in a clam flasher bag and I power it with Milwaukee 18 volt batteries. I use a Milwaukee drill on my auger, and use...

New Pole Barn is Up - Lighting Suggestions/Options Needed

I built a new shop 4 or 5 years ago and used these lights. This guy has pretty good quality stuff and is pretty well respected in the ag community when it comes to lighting. https://petersenparts.com/collections/indoor-lighting/products/t8-integrated-led-tube

    Gun Safe

I have a Canon safe that is very similar to the one in your link for close to 10 years. I haven't had a fire or been robbed yet, but I like the safe. The battery is accessed from the outside of the safe, so it should never lock you out because it died. I'm sure there are more secure safes out...

Moving out of state and hunting licenses

If i were in your shoes, I'd apply and IF I got drawn for a tag I would wait until after the season to change your residency.

    Cat taken Fort Ransom

According to the pics it looked like the kitten was stock piling the deer carcasses. I assume all the snow and herded up deer made for easy hunting and the cat was just meal prepping for down the road. It's no different than when I go fishing most Sundays and keep 7 or 8 walleyes so I can...

    Vexilar double vision/dakota lithium

I have no input on the Dakota lithium, but I do have a Double Vision pack that I'd sell if your interested. Has the Vex camera in it, but I took the flasher back out and put it back in the original case. I still run and gun quite a bit, so the double vision was too bulky for me and when I did...

    Venison Sticks

I usually like my sticks with some heat, but my wife likes mild. Bought some honey bbq seasoning last year from Owens and they were really good. Everyone liked them so we made another batch again this year. Owens has good stuff so it's usually pretty hard to go wrong. The bloody mary mix has...

    No Trespass Law

I will agree that Erbele needs to be gone, but I hope you are not implying that the rest of the local area is behind him or the Sconi/Sota invasion because that is absolutely bullshit.

    K-drill rage

I had a 10" auger for years and bought a K drill 3 years ago. The 10" was nice, but it was a lot of slush to handle in the wheel house. I quickly realized the K Drill was way lighter and easier to haul around while doing the run and gun also. Got to the point where I'd use my K Drill 80% of...

Garmin Panoptix- Is it the real deal?

I've had my eye on the Panoptix ice fishing bundle for awhile now. The price is sky high, but it might be worth it if they are as capable as they are saying. I was hoping to see some more reviews and feedback as we get into the fishing season but the jury is still out for me. Anyone using it...
